Students learn
better outside the class, and out of their desks. They probably love learning
because it takes you somewhere new. Many of the lessons are explained to
students outside, with the help of activities done outside the class or even
outside the school. Visiting the dentist, the baker or any new place reflects
better understanding to students. In grade six many activities are done first
and mainly a bake sale that corresponds to an English lesson that talks about a
baker and the process of baking. This year we had a fantastic bake sale and the
students collected a large amount of money that they donated to Dar AL-Hanan.
Second the students visit
Markaba factory for electricity generating, and also we visited the court, and
many governmental departments in Jeb-Janin
Students prepared reports about their visit, you can't imagine what great work they did and how much they gained from such experience.
